Bane NOR and Leif Grimsrud, a subsidiary of Veidekke, have today entered into an
agreement for preparatory civil works in central Moss. The contract is an
execution contract with a value slightly above NOK 300 million, excluding VAT.

contribute to the development of a new and attractive station area for the city,
and we will ensure safe solutions for everyone who lives in and moves through
the city centre while the works are ongoing," says Magnar Kristiansen, Managing
Director of Leif Grimsrud AS.
The contract includes operation and maintenance of the construction site in
central Moss, as well as preparatory works ahead of upcoming main contracts.
This includes operation of water treatment facilities and maintenance of
internal roads, fencing and other infrastructure. Leif Grimsrud will also carry
out support works related to ground reinforcement, water and sewage works, high
-voltage power relocation, road realignments, and sheet piling and bracing
works. Tasks related to the establishment of a temporary bridge structure and
preparatory works in the track area are also included.

therefore has extensive experience in managing the special conditions in the

Construction works are scheduled to commence in June, with planned completion in
autumn 2028.
The contract is included in Veidekke's order book for Q1 2026.
