The acquisition is now completed. The transaction was settled on the 9th of November.</strong></p></div><div class="mfn-body"><p>Rathi Transpower Pvt. Limited develops, manufactures, and markets a wide range of coupling products and coupling solutions for advanced applications in industrial segments. Following the acquisition, the company will be part of VBG Group's Ringfeder Power Transmission division. The acquisition was fully financed through existing credit facilities.</p><p>"The acquisition is strategically important for us in our ambition to grow as an industrial group.
