Vækstaktier.dk: Wirtek wins order worth DKK 1 million through recently acquired DitaExchange

WIRTEKPressemeddelelse27.08.2026, 10.00

Wirtek announced yesterday that, shortly after taking over DitaExchange, the company has secured a new order from the EU's aviation safety agency, EASA, worth approximately DKK 1 million.

EASA has commissioned DitaExchange to further develop the data architecture behind the agency's eRules platform, which is used to publish European aviation regulations. The project is the first new order to be confirmed since Wirtek took over DitaExchange on 12 August 2026.

DitaExchange has already been supplying technology to EASA for a number of years. The eRules platform has been based on the company's technology since 2018 and is used, among other things, for EASA's so-called Easy Access Rules, where regulations and associated guidance material are compiled and published.

The new task is primarily about making the rules better suited for machine processing. EASA's regulations are no longer used solely as documents read by humans. Data from the platform is also integrated directly into systems at, for example, airports, airlines and other players in the aviation industry. This places new demands on how individual rules and provisions are structured and identified.

The order is worth approximately DKK 1 million and has been signed as a fixed-price agreement under EASA's existing framework agreement with DitaExchange. Payment is spread across three milestones, and the project is to be delivered during 2026. The work will be carried out by DitaExchange employees in Denmark and the US.

Michael Aaen, CEO of Wirtek, comments:

EASA is exactly the type of customer we had in mind when we acquired DitaExchange. A blue-chip organisation in a regulated industry, where documentation is business-critical and increasingly needs to function as structured data in automated and AI-supported processes. DitaExchange contributes the product and the references, while Wirtek contributes the sales and marketing engine as well as the delivery capacity to scale the business. Winning this order just two weeks after we took over ownership is a good start.
