Upsales Technology AB: Invitation to investor call on CEO transition and shareholder changes, 2 June 2026

Upsales Technology AB (publ) ("Upsales") invites investors, analysts and media to an investor call on Tuesday 2 June 2026 at 09:00 CET, hosted jointly by outgoing CEO and founder Daniel Wikberg and incoming CEO Johan Kallblad.

The call follows the announcement on 28 May, 2026 of Johan Kallblad's appointment as Chief Executive Officer of Upsales, effective 31 July 2026, and the related changes in the Company's shareholder base.

During the call, Daniel Wikberg and Johan Kallblad will discuss the background to the CEO transition, the Company's strategic direction, and the outcome of the share placement. The presentation will be followed by a Q&A session.
