With reference to the press release dated 16 December 2025, in which Abelco Investment Group AB (publ) (“Abelco” or the “Company”) announced that the process regarding the previously planned reverse acquisition has been terminated, the Company is continuing the development of its core business while conducting a structured strategic review.
The strategic review includes the Company’s long-term positioning and potential development paths within and adjacent to its existing core business. The review is focused on long-term value creation.
The Board of Directors intends to provide further information as the work progresses and decisions are made.
