<pre>Oslo Børs has decided to delist the shares of Univid ASA from trading on Oslo Børs. Pursuant to Act on Securities Trading section 12-3, cf. Rulebook II section 2.11.2 (1) Oslo Børs has on 27th of October 2023 made the following resolution: Oslo Børs has concluded that Univid ASA, issuer of shares with ISIN NO 0003055808, do not satisfy the listing requirements and considers the company to no longer be eligible for continued listing. Oslo Børs has therefore decided to remove the shares from trading, cf. Act on Securities Trading section 12-3, cf. Rulebook II section 2.11.2 (1). The shares of Univid ASA will be delisted from the Oslo Stock Exchange as of the 12th of December 2023, and the last day of trading will be 11th of December 2023. A brief summary of the case: Oslo Børs has concluded that Univid ASA is not suitable for continued listing at Oslo Børs following assessment of report on continued listing in accordance with Rulebook II section 4.7. The basis is the fact that the company is not satisfying listing criteria following completion of the transaction on 8th of April 2023. The complete resolution letter will be published on the website of Oslo Børs at the latest on Wednesday 1st November 2023. </pre>
