<div class="abstract">The members of the Nomination Committee for Tobii AB's Annual General Meeting (AGM) in 2025 have now been appointed based on the shareholdings as of 30 September 2024.</div>Tobii's Nomination Committee for the 2025 AGM has been appointed in accordance with the instructions resolved by the 2015 AGM. Tobii's Nomination Committee shall consist of representatives for the three largest shareholders as of 30 September 2024, together with the Chairman of the Board. The Nomination Committee consists of the following members:<ul><li>&nbsp; Erik Durhan, appointed by Lannebo Kapitalförvaltning</li><li>&nbsp; John Elvesjö, appointed by Mårten Skogö</li><li>&nbsp; Henrik Eskilsson, appointed by Henrik Eskilsson</li><li>&nbsp; Per Norman, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tobii</li></ul>The Nomination Committee shall prepare proposals for the AGM in 2025 regarding Chairman of the AGM, Board members, Chairman of the Board, remuneration to Board members, Auditor, Auditor's fees and any changes to the instructions issued to the Nomination Committee.The Nomination Committee's proposals will be presented in the notice for the AGM 2025 and on the company's website.
