<div class="mfn-body">The Chairman of the Board of ProfilGruppen, Klaus Jürgen Wiemers, has notified the rest of the board and the nomination committee of his intention to resign from ProfilGruppen's Board at his own request. He will leave the Board and the assignment as Chairman on 30 October 2022. &nbsp; A new Chairman will be elected at an extraordinary general meeting on October 31. &nbsp; Klaus has been Chairman of the Board since April 2022 and the rest of the Board and management thank him for his good efforts. &nbsp; &nbsp; Klaus Wiemers comments: "I would have liked to continue working for ProfilGruppen and to do what I think is best for the company. Unfortunately, this is no longer possible because I do not have the trust of the largest shareholder, which is based on different perceptions of the delineation between the roles of Board members and shareholders. I am proud of what we have achieved in recent months and thank the Board, management team and employees for good cooperation.
