In a decision issued on January 22, 2026 (reference 2026 FCA 13), the Federal Court of Appeal unanimously dismissed the appeal filed by AP&amp;C with costs payable to Tekna. A separate appeal filed by AP&amp;C of a related decision of the Federal Court (reference 2024 FC 1954) awarding approximately $2.9M CAD in legal costs to Tekna is still pending. </pre>
