Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Techstep ASA
(the "Company") on 16 October 2026 regarding the commencement of the
subscription period in the rights issue (the "Rights Issue").
Subscription rights have been allocated to primary insiders (the "PDMRs") of the
Company and their close associates (the "PCAs") based on their existing
shareholdings in the Company as of the Record Date, 12 October 2026.

subscription rights received by the PDMRs and PCAs in the Rights Issue.
