Techstep ASA (Techstep) announces that Håvard Haukdal, who has served as interim
Chief Financial Officer since 1 May 2026, has been permanently appointed as CFO
of Techstep and has entered into an employment agreement with the Company.

Håvard Haukdal brings more than two decades of strategic, operational and cross
-border financial leadership experience from the energy, technology and
industrial sectors. His previous roles include senior positions with PwC,
Hafslund and Norsk Hydro, and most recently CFO of Kyoto Group. His experience
covers corporate finance, strategic financial management, financial reporting,
business development, capital markets communication, governance and compliance,
as well as finance transformation and process optimisation.
