<div class="mfn-header mfn-header-finland"><p>Tamtron Group Plc | Company Release | January 02, 2025 at 10:00:00 EET</p></div><div class="mfn-preamble"><p><strong>The Board of Directors of Tamtron Group Plc decided to start a share buyback programme on 21 October 2024 based on the authorization given by the Annual General Meeting on 11 April 2024.</strong></p></div><div class="mfn-body"><p>Tamtron Group Plc has now completed the share buyback programme. The repurchases of own shares begun on 24 October 2024 and ended on 30 December 2024. During this period Tamtron Group Plc acquired 25,080 pcs of own shares with an average price of 5.6938 euros per share.
