SRV completes limited repurchases of its convertible capital securities

SRV Group Plc ("SRV") announced on 11 February 2026 in connection with the financial statement release that the company may consider making limited repurchases of its perpetual convertible capital securities (ISIN FI4000198122 and FI4000315395) (the "Capital Securities") from a very limited and pre-determined group of holders.

SRV has now repurchased Capital Securities (together the "Repurchases") in an aggregate repurchase amount of EUR 2.1 million (FI4000198122 amounting to approximately EUR 0.8 million and FI4000315395 amounting to approximately EUR 1.3 million). All such Capital Securities purchased by the company have been cancelled. Any Capital Securities not purchased as part of the Repurchases remain outstanding. Nordea Bank Abp acted as the dealer manager of the Repurchases.

The Capital Securities are separate from the non-convertible EUR 22.5 million green capital securities issued by the company in November 2025. The Repurchases do not involve any purchases of said green capital securities.
