Speqta appoints Gustav Westman, founder of BrightBid, as responsible for the business and operations of BrightBid and Bidbrain. Malin Blomberg leaves her position as CEO of Adtech.</div>Gustav Westman has successfully built BrightBid from the ground to become a SaaS business with strong growth. As of the end of May 2023, BrightBid had over 420 customers and a contracted ARR of over SEK 52 million. Gustav assumes his position and enter the executive management of Speqta on August 14, 2023 and thus becomes responsible for the business and operations for BrightBid and Bidbrain. At the same time Malin Blomberg leaves her position in the group management but continues her employment for a period to ensure a good handover. The change is part of the new organization where Speqta intends to execute as fast as possible the identified synergies in order to fast-track the journey towards profitability. The purpose of the new organization is to utilize the strengths of the various companies and be in place in mid-August. &nbsp;Fredrik Lindros comments: I am very grateful for Malin Blomberg's contribution in building Bidbrain's fantastic organization and the unique and scalable service that it is today. At the same time, I am looking forward to working with Gustav Westman, given his history and the successful building of BrightBid. Bidbrain and BrightBid complement each other strategically and I see this as the start of a great journey together for Speqta.Gustav Westman comments: It feels great to be part of listed Speqta's group management, but above all to continue using my entrepreneurial drive for both Bidbrain's and BrightBid's growth.
