bonds in NOK, split across four tranches:
NOK 650 million 3Y FRN (ISIN NO0013759027), coupon 3mNIBOR +33 bps, maturing
20th August 2029
NOK 500 million 3Y Fixed (ISIN NO0013759035), coupon 4.943 % p.a., maturing 20th
August 2029
NOK 600 million 5Y FRN (ISIN NO0013759043), coupon 3mNIBOR +53 bps, maturing
20th August 2031
NOK 1,300 million 5Y Fixed (ISIN NO0013759050), coupon 4.945 % p.a., maturing
20th August 2031
Settlement date for all tranches is 20th August 2026.
