Reference is made to the stock exchange release from SoftOx Solutions AS (the
"Company") on 6 July 2026 regarding the board resolution to increase the share
capital by carrying out a private placement and debt conversion by issuing a
total of 58 158 206 new shares at a subscription price of NOK 0,105 per share.
The new share capital following completion of the private placement and debt
conversion has been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business
Enterprises.
The new share capital of the Company is NOK 53 199 114.46 divided into 2 659 955
723 shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.02.
