Smoltek has previously applied for, and been approved for, listing on the Nordic Growth Market (NGM).
Smoltek has today submitted an application for delisting from Spotlight Stock Market. The application has been approved, and the final day of trading on Spotlight Stock Market will be Friday, October 23, 2026. As of Monday, October 26, trading in all of Smoltek's financial instruments will commence on the Nordic Growth Market (NGM).
Shareholders in Smoltek do not need to take any action in connection with this change of marketplace.
