<div class="mfn-body"><p>HENT AS, a subsidiary of Sentia, has today signed a contract for the construction of Krokstad Nursing Home for the Municipality of Drammen.</p><p>Together with the Municipality of Drammen, HENT has completed a successful collaborative development phase and will now proceed with the construction of the nursing home, comprising approximately 10,500 square meters (GFA).</p><p>The contract value is approximately MNOK 433 ex. vat</p><p>The project will be carried out as a turnkey contract, with construction scheduled to commence in February 2026. Completion and handover are planned for Q4 2027.</p><p>-We are proud of the well-executed collaborative phase with the Municipality of Drammen and are pleased to move forward with the delivery of this important nursing home for the region.
