Sdiptech recruits new Head of M&A and appoints Executive Vice President

Anders Mattson, Head of the new business area Supply chain & Transportation will, as Executive Vice President, represent the business areas in the Group Management Team. As such, Anders will coordinate the efforts and activities within the four new business areas.

Peter Helsing has over 20 years of experience in M&A, most recently serving as the Global Head of M&A at Essity since the company was listed in 2017. Prior to this role, he was the Head of M&A at SCA. Peter began his career at KPMG, where he specialized as an M&A advisor, primarily serving clients in the small-cap sector. He will assume his position in May 2025 and will report to Bengt Lejdström, President and CEO of Sdiptech.
