Sdiptech AB (publ) has acquired JLM Teknik ApS, a leading provider of vacuum lifters, cranes, and other industrial lifting equipment. The company, based in Denmark, has an annual turnover of approximately DKK 55 million with good profitability. The acquisition will strengthen Sdiptech´s Supply Chain & Transportation offering with efficient lifting solutions.
With over 25 years' experience, JLM Teknik has built a strong market position in Denmark serving industries including warehouse and logistics, food and pharmaceuticals, and glass and window production. The company develops and manufactures its own vacuum lifter series alongside a broad range of other lifting solutions. An expanding international distributor network provides further growth potential.
