Hvor kan man købe de warrants? De lyder som en meget interessant investering, hvis løbetiden er så lang.

Tak for indsigten. Kan mere erfarne investorer vurdere, hvor almindeligt det er, at udnyttelsesperioden for optioner er sat så langt ud, helt frem til foråret 2029? Det føles som en meget lang periode. Dette er en stor hindring for kursstigningen, især når der kan indløses så enormt mange optioner. Eller hvordan ser I andre på sagen?

Interessant firma, og med udbredelsen af melanom skulle markedet vokse. Jeg ejede selv en lille portion af dette, men de warrants ser ud til at forhindre en større kursstigning. Derudover har omsætningsvæksten været så langsom, at en ny aktieemission (og flere warrants) sandsynligvis er på vej igen i slutningen af året. Antallet af medarbejdere er nu steget en smule, tilsyneladende er salgsorganisationen i USA blevet styrket?

Ja, dækningen sluttede desværre for et stykke tid siden, så vi har ingen nye kommentarer tilgængelige. Hvis man tænker på aktiens prisdannelse, er dette punkt om ophøret af dækningen meget vigtigt at huske på:  Vi fremhæver, at det høje antal TO2 warrants (indløsningspris SEK 0,42) har en betydelig indvirkning på værdiansættelsen af selskabet, og investorer bør vurdere warrantenes krav på selskabets egenkapitalværdi, når de vurderer aktiens værdiansættelse.
