Oslo, 25 August 2026: Scatec ASA ("Scatec") has successfully issued a NOK 1,500 million 4.5-year senior unsecured green bond issue with a floating rate coupon of 3 months NIBOR + 2.5% p.a.
The net proceeds of the green bond issue shall be applied towards repayment of existing indebtedness, including its NOK 1,000 million SCATC04 bond due 17 February 2027, and general corporate purposes as set out in the Green Financing Framework.
In connection with the new bond issue, Scatec offered conditional buy-backs in its outstanding bonds with ticker “SCATC04” (ISIN NO0012837030) and “SCATC05” (ISIN NO0013144964) at a price of 101.23% and 103.60% of par, respectively. Scatec intends to call the remaining outstanding NOK denominated bonds due 17 February 2027 with ticker “SCATC04 ESG” (ISIN NO0012837030).
DNB Carnegie, Nordea and SB1 Markets acted as Joint Lead Managers in connection with the successful transaction. Settlement date set to 3 September 2026. An application will be made for the bonds to be listed on Oslo Børs.
