<div class="abstract"><p>Rightbridge Ventures Group AB ("Rightbridge Ventures" or the "Company") has appointed Mangold Fondkommission AB ("Mangold") as liquidity provider for the Company's shares listed on Nasdaq First North. The purpose of the liquidity provision is to improve the liquidity of the shares and reduce the spread between the bid and ask prices. The assignment begins on September 11, 2024.</p></div><p>Rightbridge Ventures appoints Mangold as liquidity provider. In its role as liquidity provider, Mangold will continuously quote prices for the Company's shares. The aim is to improve the liquidity of the shares and reduce the spread (the difference) between the bid and ask prices in the market, thereby creating a more accurate price reflection for the Company's shares.</p><p>Mangold's assignment as liquidity provider for the Company begins on September 11, 2024.</p>
