Pursuant to the authorization granted by the 2026 Annual General Meeting, Bravida's Board of Directors has initiated a second share buyback program of maximum SEK 100 million. The existing program runs until 19 October 2026. 

During the period from 13 August up to and including 20 August 2026, 91,650 own ordinary shares were repurchased. All repurchases were carried out independently and without influence from Bravida, by Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB on Nasdaq Stockholm. The buyback program is being carried out in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 ("MAR") and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 (the "Safe Harbour Regulation"). As of 20 August 2026, the number of outstanding shares in Bravida Holding AB (publ) is 207,126,598, of which 204,756,409 are ordinary shares with one vote each and 2,370,189 are Class C shares with 1/10 of a vote each. Following the completion of the above repurchases, Bravida holds up to and including 20 August 2026 967,664 of its own ordinary shares and 2,370,189 of its own Class C shares.
