ReFuels N.V. (ticker: REFL) ("ReFuels"), a leading European supplier of renewable biomethane (Bio-CNG) announces that the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (the “AGM”) was held at its offices at Anna van Buerenplein 41, 2595 DA The Hague, the Netherlands on September 17, 2026, at 13:00 CEST.
The audited financial statements of ReFuels for the financial year ended 31 March 2026 were presented to the AGM.
The following resolutions which were tabled at the AGM were duly passed:
- Agenda item 2 (b) – Adoption annual accounts 2026
- Agenda item 2 (c) - Discharge board members
- Agenda item 3 – Appointment external auditor for financial year 2027
- Agenda item 4 – Amendments to remuneration policy
o To increase the annual fixed fees payable to the Non-Executive Directors by 10%, representing the first increase in their remuneration since being appointed to the Board of Directors in 2023
