The subscription price upon exercise of warrants of series TO2 in Realfiction Holding AB (publ) ("Realfiction" or the "Company"), which were issued as part of the rights issue of units announced on May 28, 2025, has been set at SEK 0.354 per share. The subscription price corresponds to 70 percent of the volume-weighted average share price on Nasdaq First North Growth Market during the period 31 August 2026 up to and including 14 September 2026.
The warrants of series TO2 can be exercised during the period from and including 16 September 2026 up to and including 30 September 2026 to subscribe for new shares in the Company at a subscription price of SEK 0.354 per share. Holders of warrants of series TO2 who do not intend to exercise these to subscribe for new shares can sell the warrants of series TO2 on Nasdaq First North Growth Market up to and including 28 September 2026. Warrants of series TO2 that are neither sold nor exercised for subscription of new shares expire without value after 30 September 2026.
