Raouf Kattan resigns as a board member of I-Tech AB (publ)

Board member Raouf Kattan has, at his own request, decided to step down from the Board of I-Tech AB (publ) (“the Company”) as he concludes his assignments and enters retirement. Raouf Kattan has served as a board member since 2022, and the Board extends its sincere gratitude for his dedicated contributions and for sharing his extensive industry expertise, which has greatly benefited the Company. His resignation will take effect on 31 March 2026.

“It has been a privilege to contribute to I-Tech’s development and growth over the past few years. The Company is well positioned for continued success, and I now look forward to spending more time with family and friends,” said Raouf Kattan.

Following his departure, the Board will comprise five members. The election of a successor will take place at the next Annual General Meeting on 21 May 2026.
