Prisma Properties doubles the pace of its share buybacks

PRISMASelskabsmeddelelse08.09.2026, 16.00
Download udgivelse

The Board of Directors of Prisma Properties AB (publ) has resolved to expand the company’s share buyback programme. The maximum amount allocated to the share buybacks is increased from SEK 80 million to SEK 140 million until the 2027 Annual General Meeting.

The resolution means that, going forward, Prisma Properties will double the pace of its share buybacks compared with what was communicated in the company’s press release on 13 May 2026. The purpose remains to adjust the company’s capital structure to its capital requirements and thereby contribute to increased shareholder value.

The share buybacks will be carried out pursuant to the authorisation granted by the Annual General Meeting. All other terms and conditions of the share buyback programme, as set out in the press release of 13 May 2026, remain unchanged.
