PPI Public Property Invest AB (publ) (“PPI” or the "Company") (LEI-code 636700M0RW88QPM7RG19) has in the period from 8 September 2026 to 14 September 2026 repurchased 1,445,148 own shares (ISIN SE0028799411) at an average purchase price of SEK 18.94 per share under the share buy-back program announced on 30 August 2026. The aggregate consideration for the transactions in the period was SEK 23,374,957 and the purpose of the buyback program is to give the Board of Directors the flexibility to reduce and adjust the Company's capital to create value for the Company's shareholders.
The repurchases were carried out on Euronext Oslo Børs and Nasdaq Stockholm in accordance regulation (EU) No 596/2014 on market abuse (“MAR”) and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 (the “Safe Harbour Regulation”), as well as Nasdaq Stockholm’s rulebook for issuers of shares (the Nordic Main Market Rulebook for Issuers of Shares) and Euronext Oslo Børs Rule Book II.
