Postponement of publication of Annual Report 2025 and Q4 2025 results

LED iBond International A/S (“LED iBond” or the “Company”) hereby announces that the Company will postpone the publication of its Annual Report for the financial year 2025, including Q4 2025 results

The Annual Report 2025 was scheduled for publication today 26th of March. Due to ongoing finalisation of the audited financial statements, Management has decided to postpone the publication to no later than April 30th. Any consequencial impact on date for the annual greneal meeting will be communicated at that time, with a minimum of 3 weeks notice as per the Articles of Association.

According to company Announcement no. 138/2026 (January 23, 2026) Nasdaq Copenhagen A/S has approved the Company’s request for deleting the admission to trading of the company's shares on Nasdaq First North Growth Market Denmark. The last day of trading in shares of LED iBond A/S on Nasdaq First North Growth Market Denmark will be April 7th 2026.

We continue to encurrage all shareholders to ensure nameregistration of their holdings before the last day of trading. Shareholder communications after this date depends on updated and correct contact information.

When finalised, the audited accounts together with an invite for the ordinary general meeting (AGM), will be sendt directly to registred shareholders and published on the company's website.
