Panostaja's Portfolio Company Grano initiates change negotiations concerning temporary layoffs
Panostaja Oyj's portfolio company Grano is initiating change negotiations concerning temporary layoffs. The negotiations are being initiated to further improve the company’s cost efficiency in the continued uncertain market environment.
If implemented, the plans could result in employees covered by the change negotiations being temporarily laid off for a maximum of seven days. Approximately 630 employees within the Grano Group are covered by the negotiations. The negotiations will begin on 19 October 2026 and are expected to conclude on 26 October 2026. Any temporary layoffs are planned to be implemented by 31 December 2026.
