<pre>The Board of Directors of Oceanteam ASA ("Oceanteam" or "Company") today announce that it has appointed Michael Timson as Interim Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") of Oceanteam with effect from 1 March 2023. Following the successful restructuring of the Company, including the recent divestment of the Oceanteam Solutions Segment, Hans Reinigert has decided to step down as Interim CEO of Oceanteam. The Board of Directors of Oceanteam extends their gratitude to Hans Reinigert for his contribution and wishes him well in his future endeavours. As his successor, the board of directors is pleased to appoint Michael Timson (Mike). Mike is a UK Chartered Accountant with a background in finance and auditing. He has worked for Oceanteam for more than 6 years during which time he has developed an extensive amount of expertise that will be integral during the next phase of the company. He will temporarily be taking the position until Oceanteam successfully completes a merger or acquisition.
