Reference is made to the announcements by Otovo ASA (the "Company" or "Otovo")
on 23 October 2026 regarding the successful completion of a private placement
and a retail offering (together, the "Offering") and on 29 October 2026
regarding registration of the Company's new share capital following the
Offering. Reference is furthermore made to the mandatory notification of trade
and disclosure of large shareholding by Jackson Leigh Ventures, LLC published on
ticker "OTOVO" on 23 October 2026.
The 3,500,000 shares in Otovo that were lent pursuant to the share lending
agreement have today been redelivered. Following the redelivery of the shares,
Jackson Leigh Ventures, LLC holds 12,313,023 shares in Otovo, equal to 14.76% of
the total shares and votes in Otovo.
