Ocean Sun AS (the "Company") has been notified that Krokryggen Invest AS, an
associated entity of board member and primary insider Trond Moengen, on 29 June
2026 sold 200,000 shares in the Company at a share price of 0,49 NOK per share.
The shares had been acquired in the Company's private placement completed in
June 2026.
The transaction was executed by the account manager of Krokryggen Invest AS
without instruction, authorization, or knowledge of Trond Moengen. As Trond
Moengen was unaware of the transaction at the time it occurred, notification
pursuant to Article 19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation is being made following
his subsequent discovery of the sale. The Company has been informed that Trond
Moengen intends, subject to applicable securities laws and trading restrictions,
to reacquire the shares following expiry of the closed period ahead of the
Company's Q2 2026 results announcement on August 26th.
Following the transaction, Krokryggen Invest AS holds no shares in Ocean Sun AS.
