<div class="mfn-body"><p><strong>OBDUCAT AB (publ) subsidiary Obducat Technologies AB, a leading supplier of lithography solutions based on nanoimprint lithography (NIL), has received an order for the supply of an EITRE 6 NIL-system from an Asian company engaged in manufacturing of semiconductor components. The order value amounts to approx. 2.8 million SEK.</strong></p><p>The EITRE 6 system will be installed in the customer’s cleanroom facilities.
