Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Nordic
Unmanned ASA (the "Company") on 23rd of December 2024 regarding the issuance of
new shares as partial consideration to the seller of DroneMatrix.
The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of these shares has now
been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The
Company's new registered share capital is NOK 30,911,482, divided on 123,645,928
shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.25.
