NRC Group ASA (the "Company") has decided to initiate a share buyback program for up to NOK 7 million in the market. The buyback program will be conducted in accordance with the authorization provided by the Annual General Meeting to the Board of Directors on 4 May 2023.The shares purchased under this program will be used in connection with the Company's employee share program.The shares will be purchased from the open market, in line with applicable restrictions, relevant guidelines and main safe harbor principles&nbsp;on price and volume limitations. The share buyback program will commence today and will continue until 30 June 2023.The execution of any repurchases will depend on market conditions. The buyback program may be discontinued at any time and the Company&nbsp;may resolve to terminate the buyback program before the threshold set out above is reached.
