Reference is made to the stock exchange notice announcement from NRC Group ASA (the "Company") of 20 November 2024&nbsp;regarding the buyback program of up to NOK 5 million in the market, covering a maximum number of 1,250,000 shares.From 29 November 2024 until 5 December 2024, NRC Group ASA has purchased a total of 547,940 own shares at the Oslo Stock Exchange. NRC Group has purchased 1,060,272 of its own shares and has now completed the program.
