Nominee-registered shares
Shareholders whose shares are nominee-registered must temporarily re-register their shares in their own name in the shareholders’ register maintained by Euroclear in order to participate in the Extraordinary General Meeting (so called “voting rights registration”). The shareholders’ registers as of the record date on November 23, 2026 will include voting rights registrations made no later than November 25, 2026.
