<div class="abstract">Nordic Waterproofing Group has appointed Susanne Højholt, Group R&amp;D Manager, to the newly established position as Group CSO.</div>Since the IPO in 2016, our acquisition strategy has been strongly focused on sustainable building solutions, including wood based prefabricated elements (Taasinge Elementer, RVT, Ugilt, LV Elements, Seikat), green infrastructure (Vegtech, Urban Green) and solar panels (Playgreen).In addition, we have the objectives of ultimately achieving carbon neutrality in our day to day operations, and of being best in class in our industry in terms of sustainability. In order to promote our drive towards complete sustainability throughout our operations, the new Group CSO position is created, reporting to the CEO.Susanne Højholt, Group R&amp;D Manager, will take the position with immediate effect and in combination with her current responsibilities.&nbsp;The information was submitted, through the agency of the contact person below, for publication on 15 June 2021 at 16:00 CEST. &nbsp;
