NORBIT ASA – Mandatory notification of trade by primary insider

Bente Avnung Landsnes, deputy chair and primary insider of NORBIT ASA has today purchased 1 250 shares in NORBIT at an average price of NOK 159.10 per share. Following the transaction, Landsnes owns 75 323 shares representing 0.1175 per cent of the outstanding shares in NORBIT.
Please see the attached notification for persons discharging managerial responsibilities in NORBIT in accordance with Regulation EU 596/2014 (MAR) article 19.
