Nomination Committee appointed for SmartCraft Group AB (publ)

In accordance with the instructions for the Nomination Committee, the shareholder representatives have been appointed based on the ownership structure as of 31 August 2026.

The Nomination Committee consists of the following members:

• Nils Forsberg, appointed by Valedo Partners III AB, Chair of the Nomination Committee
• Alex Shapiro, appointed by Anabranch Capital Management, LP
• Joshua Braden, appointed by Mission Trail Capital Management
• Anette Andersson, appointed by SEB Funds
• Mette Kamsvåg, Chair of the Board of SmartCraft Group AB (publ)

The Nomination Committee’s term of office commences when its composition is announced and continues until the composition of a new Nomination Committee is announced.

The Nomination Committee is responsible for preparing proposals ahead of the Annual General Meeting in accordance with the instructions for the Nomination Committee and the Swedish Corporate Governance Code.
