<div class="abstract">The members of the Nomination Committee for the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Peab AB (publ) have now been appointed.</div>The Nomination Committee of Peab AB has been appointed in accordance with the principles adopted by the Annual General Meeting. The Nomination Committee is based on the largest shareholders per the final banking day in June 2025 who have wished to appoint a member.
