PRESS RELEASE Stockholm29 October 2024In accordance with Hoist Finance's Nomination Committee instruction, the company's Nomination Committee shall consist of four members. The members shall be one representative of each of the three largest shareholders in terms of voting rights, together with the chairman of the board in Hoist Finance.
