(Oslo, Norway - November 15, 2023) Reference is made to the stock exchange
notice on November 14, 2023. Today, Nordic Semiconductor ASA has successfully
completed a NOK 700 million tap issue in Nordic's 5-year senior unsecured bond
issue (ISIN: NO0013072462). Total outstanding amount following the tap issue is
NOK 1,000 million. The tap issue was significantly oversubscribed and priced at
100% of par value. The settlement date for the tap issue, and the initial issue
amount announced yesterday, is set to November 27, 2023. An application will be
made for the bonds to be listed on Oslo Stock Exchange.
Danske Bank has acted Global Coordinator and Sole Lead Manager and HSBC acted as
Co-Manager, in connection with the tap issue.
