Strategien på mellemlang sigt er efter frasalg at fokusere på at øge vækst og rentabilitet i de nyetablerede to kerneforretninger og fokusere mere på M&A.

NNIT udskyder sluttidspunktet for lukningen af frasalget af Agilitas Private Equity, der blev annonceret solgt tilbage i juni. NNIT venter nu at afslutte salget inden udgangen af første kvartal 2023, mens det tidligere var ventet, at salget skulle være lukket inden for seks måneder fra annonceringen, hvilket vil sige inden udgangen af i år. Salgsprocessen betyder desuden, at NNIT ikke har annoncerede forventninger til 2022. Samtidig forventer selskabet først på et senere tidspunkt at lægge fast, hvornår årsregnskabet for 2022 samt generalforsamlingen for 2023 afholdes. De datoer ventes at blive meldt ud i løbet af januar næste år.
