Subject to market conditions, a capital markets transaction may follow.In connection with the Green Bond Issue, the Company launches a new green financing framework (the"Framework") on which Danske Bank has acted as the sole green structuring advisor. The Framework has received a second-party opinion from Sustainalytics, verifying its credibility, impact and alignment with the ICMA Green Bond Principles (2021) and the LMA/APLMA/LSTA Green Loan Principles (2023).Danske Bank and Nordea have been mandated to act as arrangers and joint bookrunners in connection with the issue of the Green Bonds.
