<div class="mfn-preamble"><p><strong>Stille AB (publ) informs that Niklas Carlén has decided to step down from his position as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Stille to pursue a new opportunity outside the company.</strong></p></div><div class="mfn-body"><p><em>"I would like to thank Niklas for his significant contributions over the past five years and wish him all the best in his future endeavors. He has played an important role in many key initiatives at Stille, including the successful acquisitions of S&amp;T and Fehling,"</em> says Torbjörn Sköld, CEO of Stille.</p><p><em>“In my five years at Stille, the company has achieved strong growth and improved profitability. With this solid foundation in place, it is a natural point to transition leadership to a successor who can continue along the same path. I am very much looking forward to following Stille’s continued success,”</em> says Niklas Carlén</p><p>Niklas will remain in his role as CFO and a member of Stille’s management team during his notice period, which runs until the end of July 2025.
