New number of shares and votes in VEF AB (publ)

VEF AB (publ) (“VEF”) has redeemed in total 6,878,585 Class C 2021 shares and the total number of shares and votes in VEF as per July 31, 2026, amounts to 1,084,967,207 and are divided into five classes of shares as follows:

1,041,865,735 ordinary shares, with one vote each.
9,061,430 shares of Class C 2022, with one vote each.
11,510,042 shares of Class C 2023, with one vote each.
12,000,000 shares of Class C 2024, with one vote each.
10,530,000 shares of Class C 2025, with one vote each
