New members proposed for Fractal’s Board of Directors
The Nomination Committee of Fractal Gaming Group AB (publ) (“Fractal” or the “Company”) proposes that the Annual General Meeting elect five members to the Board of Directors, through the re-election of Hannes Wallin as Chairman of the Board and the election of Anders Hülse, Martin Axhamre, Hanna Mannberg and Daniel Gabriel as new Board members.
Magnus Yngen, Gustav Thott and Ola Nilsson have declined re-election.
Fractal continues to strengthen its position as a leading company in PC gaming hardware by shaping the gaming station of the future, most recently through launches in additional product categories such as gaming chairs and gaming headsets. In its proposal for a new Board of Directors, the Nomination Committee has considered the Company’s future opportunities and challenges. The Nomination Committee assesses that the proposed Board has a well-balanced composition of expertise and experience, with members who complement one another.

- Anders Hülse, born in 1971, holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and has also completed business studies corresponding to a bachelor’s degree at Lund University. Anders is currently CEO of Hultafors Group, part of Investment AB Latour, and has previously held positions within Thule Group and Tetra Pak. Anders holds 0 shares in Fractal.
- Martin Axhamre, born in 1979, holds a degree in Business and Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics. Martin is currently CFO and Deputy CEO of Marshall Group and has previously held positions within Human Care Group and TradeDoubler. Martin is also a Board member of KEYTO Group. Martin holds 0 shares in Fractal.
- Hanna Mannberg, born in 1979, holds a degree in Business and Economics from Stockholm University and has also studied psychology at the University of Gothenburg. Hanna is currently Chief People Officer at Tibber and has previous experience from, among others, Northvolt and Svea Solar. Hanna holds 0 shares in Fractal.
- Daniel Gabriel, born in 1985, holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from Lund University. Daniel is currently Managing Director at Ramhill and has previous experience in investment banking at Carnegie Investment Bank and Pareto Securities. Daniel holds 0 shares in Fractal. Ramhill holds 2,850,000 shares in Fractal.
